This Privacy Policy explains how Condopang ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Condopang mobile application and related services (the "Service"). Condopang is operated for condominiums in Thailand and is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

• Account & identity: name, email address, profile photo, and the social login provider (Google, Apple, or LINE) you sign in with.
• Residence verification: your building/unit information and any documents you submit to prove residence. Verification documents are deleted after a decision is made.
• Content: posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, and uploaded images or videos.
• Device & usage: push notification tokens, app version, and basic diagnostics to keep the Service reliable.

2. How we use your data

• To verify that you are a resident and grant access to your building's community.
• To operate core features — feed, announcements, direct messages, and notifications.
• To maintain safety and moderation (handling reports, blocks, and removals).
• To send service-related notifications you have enabled.

3. Legal basis (PDPA)

We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of our service to you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the community safe and secure, as permitted under the Thai PDPA.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks. Content you post is visible to verified residents of your building.

We rely on the following service providers, which process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards:

• Google Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, file storage, push notifications, and crash diagnostics (Crashlytics). Primary storage is in the Singapore region (asia-southeast1).
• Google Cloud Translation — the text of posts, comments, announcements, and direct messages is sent for automatic English/Thai translation, so neighbours can read one another across languages.
• Algolia — post text (including its translations) and the display name, profile photo, and avatar colour of verified residents are indexed so that in-app search works. Search results are restricted to your own building.
• Resend — delivery of verification emails (your email address and a one-time code).

Please note: direct messages are private between residents, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. We may access them where necessary to operate the Service, act on reports, or comply with the law, and their text is processed by the translation provider named above.

5. International data transfers

Your data is stored primarily in Singapore (asia-southeast1). Some of the providers listed above process data outside Thailand — in particular, Algolia hosts its search index in the United States, and Resend may process verification emails in the United States or the European Union. As required by section 28 of the PDPA, we transfer personal data abroad only to providers bound by contractual data-protection commitments that we consider adequate.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Residence-verification documents are deleted shortly after the verification decision. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age required by local law to consent to data processing.

• อุปกรณ์และการใช้งาน: โทเค็นการแจ้งเตือนแบบพุช เวอร์ชันแอป และข้อมูลวินิจฉัยพื้นฐานเพื่อรักษาความเสถียรของบริการ

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลของคุณอย่างไร

• เพื่อยืนยันว่าคุณเป็นผู้พักอาศัยและให้สิทธิ์เข้าถึงคอมมูนิตี้ของอาคารคุณ
• เพื่อดำเนินฟีเจอร์หลัก — ฟีด ประกาศ ข้อความส่วนตัว และการแจ้งเตือน
• เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยและการกำกับดูแลเนื้อหา (จัดการรายงาน การบล็อก และการลบ)

3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย (PDPA)

5. การโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ

ข้อมูลของคุณจัดเก็บหลักอยู่ในประเทศสิงคโปร์ (asia-southeast1) ผู้ให้บริการบางรายข้างต้นประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย โดยเฉพาะ Algolia ซึ่งจัดเก็บดัชนีการค้นหาไว้ในสหรัฐอเมริกา และ Resend ซึ่งอาจประมวลผลอีเมลยืนยันในสหรัฐอเมริกาหรือสหภาพยุโรป ตามมาตรา 28 แห่ง PDPA เราโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศเฉพาะกับผู้ให้บริการที่ผูกพันตามข้อสัญญาคุ้มครองข้อมูลซึ่งเราเห็นว่าเพียงพอ

6. การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลของคุณไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่ เอกสารยืนยันการพักอาศัยจะถูกลบในเวลาไม่นานหลังจากการตัดสินใจยืนยัน เมื่อคุณลบบัญชี ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตน เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บรักษาไว้

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

ภายใต้ PDPA คุณสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เพิกถอนความยินยอม หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผลบางอย่างได้ หากต้องการใช้สิทธิ์เหล่านี้ โปรดติดต่อเราตามที่อยู่ด้านล่าง คุณยังมีสิทธิ์ยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) ในประเทศไทย

8. เด็ก

บริการนี้ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับบุคคลที่มีอายุต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กฎหมายท้องถิ่นกำหนดให้สามารถให้ความยินยอมในการประมวลผลข้อมูลได้
