Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Condopang mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & verification
The Service is a closed community for verified residents of participating condominiums. You must complete residence verification to access community content. You agree to provide accurate information.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Within a building, your chosen name is a unique identifier and cannot be changed once set. You may not impersonate others or misrepresent your residence.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not post unlawful, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Do not spam, scrape, or abuse other residents.
- Do not attempt to access buildings or data you are not authorized to access.
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post, and grant us a license to host and display it within the Service to operate the community. You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Moderation
Condopang admins and operators may hide or remove content, and may suspend access, to keep the community safe and to comply with the law. Reports and blocks are available to all residents.
6. Announcements
Announcements are posted by Condopang admins. Residents may not post in the announcement channel. Condopang is an independent service; it is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any building, its owners, its management, or its juristic office. Announcements are messages from Condopang, not official communications from a building.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

ข้อกำหนดการให้บริการ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ควบคุมการใช้แอปพลิเคชันมือถือ Condopang และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง ("บริการ") ของคุณ การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
1. คุณสมบัติและการยืนยันตัวตน
บริการนี้เป็นคอมมูนิตี้แบบปิดสำหรับผู้พักอาศัยที่ยืนยันตัวตนแล้วของคอนโดมิเนียมที่เข้าร่วม คุณต้องทำการยืนยันการพักอาศัยให้เสร็จสิ้นเพื่อเข้าถึงเนื้อหาของคอมมูนิตี้ คุณตกลงที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
2. บัญชีของคุณ
คุณรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ ภายในอาคาร ชื่อที่คุณเลือกเป็นตัวระบุที่ไม่ซ้ำกันและไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เมื่อตั้งค่าแล้ว คุณต้องไม่แอบอ้างเป็นผู้อื่นหรือบิดเบือนการพักอาศัยของคุณ
3. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้
- ห้ามโพสต์เนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย คุกคาม สร้างความเกลียดชัง ฉ้อโกง หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์
- ห้ามสแปม ดึงข้อมูล หรือล่วงละเมิดผู้พักอาศัยอื่น
- ห้ามพยายามเข้าถึงอาคารหรือข้อมูลที่คุณไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
4. เนื้อหา
คุณยังคงเป็นเจ้าของเนื้อหาที่คุณโพสต์ และให้สิทธิ์แก่เราในการโฮสต์และแสดงเนื้อหานั้นภายในบริการเพื่อดำเนินการคอมมูนิตี้ คุณรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาที่คุณแชร์
5. การกำกับดูแลเนื้อหา
ผู้ดูแลและผู้ดำเนินการของ Condopang อาจซ่อนหรือลบเนื้อหา และอาจระงับการเข้าถึง เพื่อรักษาคอมมูนิตี้ให้ปลอดภัยและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ผู้พักอาศัยทุกคนสามารถรายงานและบล็อกได้
6. ประกาศ
ประกาศโพสต์โดยผู้ดูแล Condopang ผู้พักอาศัยไม่สามารถโพสต์ในช่องประกาศได้ Condopang เป็นบริการอิสระ ไม่ได้ดำเนินการโดย ไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ ไม่ได้รับการรับรองจาก และไม่ได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนอาคารใด ๆ เจ้าของอาคาร ฝ่ายจัดการอาคาร หรือนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด ประกาศในแอปเป็นข้อความจาก Condopang ไม่ใช่การสื่อสารอย่างเป็นทางการจากอาคาร
7. การยุติ
คุณสามารถลบบัญชีของคุณได้ตลอดเวลา เราอาจระงับหรือยุติการเข้าถึงสำหรับการละเมิดข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
8. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบและความรับผิด
บริการนี้ให้บริการ "ตามที่เป็น" โดยไม่มีการรับประกัน เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมหรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการของคุณ
9. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย
